How long are leadership training programs?+

Leadership training typically runs 6–12 weeks, combining facilitated workshops, peer learning groups, and follow-up coaching sessions. Duration can be adjusted based on your organization's needs.

What does career development coaching include?+

Career development includes one-on-one strategy sessions, professional positioning review, interview coaching with education-specific scenarios, and 90-day action plans with accountability check-ins. Most clients complete 8–16 sessions over 3–6 months.

Absolutely. Team coaching and workshops are designed for groups of any size. We offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day formats, with optional quarterly retainers for sustained culture change.

How much do programs cost?+

Do you offer payment plans?+

Yes. For multi-month programs, we offer flexible payment schedules. Discuss options during your consultation.

What is your cancellation policy?+

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule individual sessions. For workshop bookings, rescheduling is available with two weeks notice. Full details are included in your service agreement.
